Physical Description		A young, attractive, Andorian, Lieutenant Sh'shivass has a very effeminate build, raised in the luxury of a high-ranking Andorian family with strong ties to Earth, rather than Andoria, she has the sign of never seeing the rougher side of Andorian society. This softness aids to her role as a Counsellor, meaning that she is one of the few Andorians in Starfleet who seems visibly suited for a non-combat role. She stands just under six foot, a little higher in heels, and if one considers her antennae into the mix, which puts her on the shorter size for the normally warrior-like Andorians. She is not lacking in fitness though, and possesses all the sleek muscular deadliness that her species has in their DNA, even if she is not as developed as a trained warrior.

Personality & Traits

General Overview		Jhetha is notable for being a warm personality, she tends to smile a lot and projects outwardly an aura of calm and caring, though like most Andorians her ire CAN be raised and when it is, it can often lead to rather aggressive reactions, even if she has years of Starfleet Councillor training, and even though she possesses an incredible amount of patience, she still has her species predilection towards a temper when provoked. The majority of the time though, she is a calmer, more caring personality compared to most Andorians, always willing to go that extra mile for those in her care.
Ambitions		Jhetha looks at a career as a Councillor as the stepping stone towards bigger things, she has had her heart set on eventually becoming a Federation Ambassador when she's done her service to Starfleet, but for now she is focused on her career, rather than what she does next.
