General Overview		Jaare is detail-oriented and very decisive in his action, but he has learned that Starfleet being Starfleet, you have to stay in your place to have a chance to be promoted. He follows orders and usually keeps his ideas for the people that he trust.
Hobbies & Interests		Off duty, he's a funny, charismatic person, adventure-driven and still looking for that freedom he dreamed about as a kid

Personal History		Jaare was originally from the Trill planet, but his family worked with Starfleet (for some reason), so he grew up around various places. Most notably, he stayed for a half a decade aboard various starships. He grew an affection for living in space and never truly called some place "home". When someone asked him about joining starfleet, he thought that would be a way to keep his way of living and travel the galaxy. He dreamed of having his own ship to command and travel freely around the galaxy, but starfleet seemed the most realistic way to achieve that.
Service Record		After the academy, where he showed a passion for piloting and a decent proficiency in engineering, he was briefly assigned to a DS station, but he has now been picked up to an active service ship, on a mission to the Gamma Quadrant.
