Team B is an effective, organized team which has demonstrated a perfect Team Chemistry and bond. In the most recent activities members partook in, each Team Member was able to retain an Professional, disciplined attitude. Team 2IC; Petty Officer 1st Brown has shown the ability to take the reigns when needed, proving his leadership skills and his ability in his new position of Team 2IC, members of the Team have full trust and respect for him

By the recent Physical Training Test each team member took, scores were above average, the majority of the Team go beyond their normal Physical Training Obligations, taking their personal fitness to the next level. Their Mental Scores are around average, which is satisfactory, although I aim to increase their scores by 5% between now and the next Psychological Assessment.

Currently, PO3 Valeria; PO3 Rambloss; PO2 Wood and PO1 T'Vek are undertaking primary or secondary training for Qualifications: PO3 Valeria is completing a Computer Science course with the current aim to sit the Practical and Theory exam in Spring Exams, 2417, from my personal observation she is on course to hit this target; PO3 Rambloss is similarly completing a Combat Medical course with the aim to sit the Practical and Theory exam during the winter exams 2417; I believe he is also on target to hit this. PO2 Wood is undertaking a Vocational Qualification in Romulan Language, he has completed both the Written and Listening exams for this and come out with 85%, which I believe is a pass; he will sit the Speaking section of his exam before the end of the year. In 2 weeks, PO1 T'Vek will be attending a 4 week long Combat Leadership Course to get one step closer to qualifying as a Team Leader.

After doing an audit, the Team currently has all required equipment to operate; however PO2 Riz is currently having his armor repaired by the Engineering Department after a accident during a training exercise, I have been told by the Engineer undertaking the fix, his armor will be returned in 1 Week, 2 Days.

There are currently no major training exercises planned across the period until the next report, this is however subject to change, I plan to talk to Captain Miller and CPO Sohl about training exercises within the week.
