Mission: Episode Four: Outcast
Location: Deep space, Gamma Quadrant
Timeline: Stardate 97642

It's been over a week since we've departed New-Bajor.
Our mission is of a scientific nature, but I deemed it prudent to delay its start until our CSO receives a clean bill of health.
Well, today will be her first day back to duty, following a thorough screening and report made by Lieutenants Essex and Reivon and Chief Arev.

Anticipating this, I've ordered to alter our course to intercept an interstellar body detected U.S.S. Aurora more than thirty years ago.
This object has drawn much debate on its structure and nature, within the scientific community, and I feel that it would be a fitting start to our mission.
