Mission: Episode Seven: Deeper than we know
Location: Inside NGC 5567, Planet "Home"
Timeline: Stardate 97699.7

I must commend Commander Dion for her diplomatic achievement.
Not only did she facilitate a communication and probably ensuing face to face talks between the "People" and the "Blue ones", but she revealed their mutual origin.
It seems that by piecing the data from their archives one can deduce that the "Blue Ones" were once colonists from the planet "Home", seeking a new home for all.
However, their contact frayed, probably due to the difficulty to communicate through the nebula.
Thus one side forgot and the other felt to be outcasts.

Making first contact with two species and saving them from war at the same time makes one like being out here.

Speaking of out...
I'd like to put it on record, that having analyzed the evidence on the case of Aria Talel, I've reach a conclusion that there were no knowing time-violations on her or our parts and that there should be no repercussions connected with the temporal prime-directive.
Therefore, once she receives a clean bill of health from both doctor Sherkar and doctor Reivon, I've decided to grant her a place within our crew.
