Mission: Episode Two: Brain Matter
Location: Delta Quadrant, Sector block J5-H4

Ever since Ensign Talel appeared on my bridge, she had this unexplained condition.
Headaches, fainting, some strange... well, issues.
On the day we set out to our vacation on Rinoux, she lost her consciousness and it took long hours for Dr. Sherkar to stabilize her again.
Her condition seemingly improved later, but according to the doctor's recent tests, her brain matter developed some notable anomalies.
The resident medical staff, my XO included, are in dispute on how to treat her and I must balance the safety of the crew, her included against her recovery.
May this dilemma have good solution, that is also within our reach, as every day can be critical.
I hope that our impending meeting will be productive in this direction.
