Mission: Episode Twenty Four: Tribunal
Location: Gamma Quadrant
Timeline: Stardate 95826.1

Me and Commander Na'Toth are en route back to the Cychreides.

I cannot gauge the success of our mission by the brief and rather unfriendly meeting we had.
True, we have been warned that the Mikaray are proud and gruff.
They are a culture of warriors, having eradicated all other 'inferior' life on their planet, now live at the shadow and grace of the Dominion.

We have been told that they wish to break free and establish themselves as a power in the Gamma quadrant and that the support of the Federation will be a lifeline to that hope.
We, of course, couldn't look this horse in the mouth, having only a month's worth of dilithium on board.

I felt extremely uneasy to depart along with my XO, leaving the ship without its commanding structure.
But I was convinced that had I not arrived, the Mikaray would have been offended and refused to deal with us in the future.
And we couldn't afford that.
Na'Toth's experience as a member of a proud warrior race was deemed essential, naturally.

At current speed, we should make rendezvous with the Cychreides, at the agreed location, in seven hours and fifty three minutes.

Even though it's been over a month since I've been wounded and I'm assured that it's fully healed, It is still painful to sit on a chair for a long period of time.
