Mission: Episode Two: Haters gonna hate

A first mission.

It seems like we've been transferred under the purview of Starfleet Intelligence and are being assigned to do their... work.

I must confess that I'm not wholly surprised, nor displeases, by this turn of events.
Having such a ship as the Cychreides, can be an enormous asset to the Intelligence branch of our service.
Though sometimes I see a Section 31 agent in every Intelligence officer.
That cannot be help and we must remain alert and wary, as misdeeds are not solely the domain of the infamous Section.

For now, we are on our way to Starbase 621, to find out the truth of the multitude of maneuvers made by a Task-force that is responsible to guard the Tzenkethi border.
What approach should we use? Stealthy spying on them or directly confronting their CO, what was her name... Admiral T'prose.
