Having completed my report on today's training simulation, sir, I feel that I'm obligated to closed it with a somewhat personal note.
I am hoping this will not come out as unprofessional, however, after serving under you I feel that you expect this personal observation from all of us.

Though there is much for my trainees to learn still, I am confident that with time they will be as professional and as fierce as many Starfleet marines.
But this is not their role here and I am honoured to note that they'll fulfill their roles with a dogged determination that will make you proud.
