Captain's log

Posted on Saturday August 4th, 2018 @ 3:45pm by Captain Dimitriy (Dima) Miller

Mission: Episode Nineteen: Finding feet
Location: Gamma Quadrant
Timeline: Stardate 95647.16

There is no sunshine in space, not as there is on a planet.
The sunshine here comes from a multitude of suns, without morning or evening.
And even if I'd go with a dawn metaphor, it would be fake for me, being a station brat.

But lending some analogy from those metaphors, I would say that from the point when it's darkest, there could be only lighter.
And we can find those sources and illuminate the dark of corners of our existence.

Our crew has been diminished and we must realign it to move forward.
We have received a boon on that prison moon and we must seek to integrate some of the able rescuees into our crew, as they recuperate.

Also we need to shake off pursuit to continue at our pace.
