As I look back at the recent events I find it very easy to trace certain things to their origin and reason.
But that's wisdom in retrospect.

But after all said and done, we had no way to anticipate any of it.

We did manage to fool the Jem'hadar and vanish into the nebula, but that is not where we actually arrived.

There was a flash, making me think that we either fell into the gravity well of a forming star or hit by a torpedo.
When the proverbial dust settled and we shook the literal dust of our uniforms, all eyes on the bridge turned to the damaged view-screen...
